High Stakes is the fourth mainline game, released in 1999, for PlayStation and Windows, from EA Canada and EA Seattle. Europe and Brazil called it Road Challenge. Japan used Over Drivin' IV. The German box read Brennender Asphalt. None of those names make it Hot Pursuit.
