Carbon’s browser host is nfscrb.xyz. On 3 Nov 2026 the page showed 198 people online. The FAQ on that site lists every custom-match mode, eight players in a race, free roam, and EA Messenger-style chat. It also says there is no leaderboard and that you do not sign in with an EA account. A full data set of about 5.1 GB is optional.
The public repository is metinjakupi/nfs-crb. Publicly visible code alone does not establish the permission to redistribute game assets. The playable claim rests on the website plus the FAQ, which is the project talking about itself, and on the repository existing. News coverage of Carbon’s port is thinner than coverage of Underground 2, so I am not borrowing Underground 2’s headlines.
Controls and saves follow the FAQ rather than a guess copied from Most Wanted. If the FAQ is silent on a language list, the table stays blank. Canyon duels are the reason to pick Carbon instead of Rockport or Bayview.
Evidence for this browser status
The host, FAQ and repository belong to the same project and count as one independent source for browser features.
Enter the correct project
Open the project homepage, read its desktop browser requirements, then use its own play control. The FAQ says an EA account is unnecessary and explains that a chosen name is associated with the first browser using it. Local progress and optional keyphrase cloud saves are separate from the server’s friends list. Use its backup control before changing browser storage. The eight-player race limit is a project FAQ statement from one publisher, not a headcount independently measured by this guide.
Questions
What is the browser route?
nfscrb.xyz advertises the Carbon browser build. Its FAQ describes custom matches and local saves.
Do I need an account?
The FAQ says no EA account: the project keeps the name chosen in the first browser.
